There is only so much that can be done to protect the user. I firmly believe that doing business on servers hosted in America afford some solid protection to the consumer because those servers are accessible (server logs and such) but authorities in the United States. And, the FTC tries to eliminate unfair and fraudulent activity.]]></description>
