YEP..Iam not good at computers no training just learning on my own, on my laptop, it happened to me I guess looking in WALMART BLACK FRIDAY even the GEEK SQUAD CHECKED my laptop for viruses could’nt see anything but that my laptop was running very slow or hardly not at all so as not having any anti virus protection I boughht WEBROOT installed it right away on my desktop which im using now. scared to even turn on my laptop until I can have it checked out just put in a whole new motherboard. this is what I get.
